First of all, can we take a moment to appreciate beauty of this cover,
and then can we take another moment to appreciate the two first
sentences of the synopsis "Meet Celaena Sardothien. Beautiful. Deadly.
Destined for greatness" when I read this I just wanted to open the book
and start reading. I was
hooked since the synopsis. I finished this book in what two days? This
book is AMAZING, AWESOME, PERFECT, EPIC, A MUST-READ!!!!!!!!!!!
Celaena
is the perfect female heroine, strong (we could say she was a year in
hell, aka Endovier), funny with her witty comments. The other characters
are as perfect as Celaena, I'm in love with Dorian and Chaol. There's a
love triangle but it isn't the kind of love triangle that is just
annoying.
I think Sarah could have made the best of Nox, I expected more from him. I hope he gets back in the series at one point.
Celaena's
world is perfectly described, I have in my imagination the exactly
image of Erilea, Endovier and Rifthold, and the beautiful Glass Castle.
Regarding
the writing, I just love the way Sarah tells the story from different
points of view. Thanks that the readers can get more details depending
on the character who's talking.
The fact that this book mixes magic makes it (if it's possible) more amazing. Guys you don't know how much I LOVE this book.
For
the ones who have read the book, here's an important question: TEAM
DORIAN OR TEAM CHAOL? My answer? Actually I don't know, its a huge
dilemma. (PLEASE ANSWER IN THE COMMENTS).
I can only rate Throne of Glass with a 5 but it deserves a 999999999999999999... (I could continue)
