The Evolution of Mara Dyer

The sequel of The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin.
After all the events that happened to Mara she thought nothing could get worse, but she's wrong.
Jude is alive and her father is at the hospital. The psychiatrists think she's crazy, her parents think she's crazy, her brothers think she's crazy, nobody believes her.
The only person who can help her to find and kill Jude is Noah, the only one who knows her secret.
You'll have to read this book with the lights on and the windows locked (I hope you don't have nightmares).

I didn't know what was going on with Jude. Why was he alive? Why did he want to kill Mara? (Well on one hand it's because she tried to kill him first and on the other hand because of Claire).
One things I've missed, more Mara-Noah romantic moments (like her "birthday" party *wink* *wink*).
I have to complain about the ending (SPOILER: Noah CAN'T die), but at least Jude is dead, or that's what me think.
The stunning truth about Jamie and Stella was something I didn't expect and also the great AHHH... about Jude's power.
There's something I don't understand: Mara's grandmother? Has Mara inherited her power??
This book was really well-written, we slip in Mara's head and know what she's thinking, her fears...
Overall it's a book that you won't be able to stop reading till you finish it.

Rating: 5*
